Brief Development

I have been trying to think about how to chose my next 5/6 briefs for the final major project.  The most important thing when considering this stage of a degree is making sure I am ready for professionalism and that my work reflects that.  I want to make sure that I am confident enough to apply to the studios and work places I would like whilst knowing my portfolio encompasses a range of image, type, publication and layout though constantly with a focus on design for print.

This leads to me finding gaps in my existing work.  Although I have produced a publication, this was a live brief and one which I struggled with when it came to content as the client had so many specifications.  I would love to produce something which I can play with and really enjoy. Something which can be based around concept and not be rushed but whose subject is the most important part keeping me motivated throughout.  Of course I would want to keep consistency within my portfolio and the use of the hand rendered within a publication would be a really great balance to get.
