SNASK

 I have always been aware of SNASK and when I went to sign up to the placement opportunity I was really devastated that the list was full because I feel like it would have been an amazing opportunity and their colourful, crafty outlook on designed suits my practice perfectly... or what I want it to be anyway.  

Still, realistically it would not have been appropriate in actually heading to Sweden considering life as it is so it is good that someone else gets the chance instead. 

 I love the work because it speaks for itself.  It is beautifully thought out, conisdered and informed. They have not just produced pretty thigns they like but use their style to answer a brief in an individual and specialised way.  I should imagine the majority of their work come flooding in from all over because people want this bright, exciting design to be a part of their brand.  

 I do see myself being able to initiate such concepts which is a positive thing when considering my eventual practice.  Sometimes it is hard to see where I would fit into the design industry but I feel this would be the sort of studio I would love. whether they would love me is a different matter altogether.  

From looking at this all I can try to do is attempt to develope my practice and skills so that I am prepared with a porfolio I am proud of, which shouts about who I am and what I can bring that will freshen up a studio.  

 I best get working!!!
